Project Description

We will be making sandwiches for the Caspar Emergency Services Center (homeless shelter) in Cambridge. Please bring supplies to make sandwiches, including several loaves of bread and fillings. Wheat bread is suggested, as it holds up better. Suggested fillings are tuna/chicken salad, cold cuts such as ham, turkey, etc. and cheese. Condiments are not necessary but welcome. For allergy issues, please no peanut butter and jelly. Plastic knives, sandwich bags will all be provided.

You will split your time between making your own sandwiches and assisting elementary and middle school kids in making their sandwiches.
