Project Description

As you may know, Lexington is celebrating its 300th Birthday! Donna Burns from the LexCelebrate! Committee for events that take place from March 16-17th would like some volunteers to help her out on Saturday, March 16th from 1-3PM at the Field House. She needs students to help run/keep people in line at the games/events they are offering.

The Lexington 300th Anniversary Celebration needs you - we are looking for 300 volunteers to help with LexCelebrate! Incorporation Weekend, March 16 & 17, 2013

Come be a part of history in the making - Help for a 2-hour daytime or evening shift, help for longer, help all day - You'll want to stay and see the events! The motto for the day is - Discover our roots -- and see how we've grown!

Come meet new people - bring a friend - community service hours available

Here are some of the things you can do: Coordinating and planning roles still available - make your mark! Crafts volunteers 3/16 & 17 help set up Sports volunteers, 3/16 help set up and greet Community Dance evening shifts, 3/16, 6:00 10:00 p.m. Ushers and Greeters, 3/16 & 17 Ticket takers for panels, 3/16 & 17 Facilitators at the Mass. Memories Road Show, a very special community program, 3/16
