Project Description

We are looking for high school volunteers (about 10) for an event in Burlington on Feb 4th, as described below.

This is an excellent opportunity for teenagers to become aware of health and wellness, improve their leadership & communication skills and earn community service hours. Interested students are requested to fill out the following google form before January 27th. https://goo.gl/forms/qHXyFiRjovIsJWcL2

About the event: Wholistic Health Alliance (WHA), a 501c3 tax exempt nationally launched non-profit, is launching an initiative on health of Mothers and Youth. ‘Motherhood Matters, Youth Health Fair’ is being organized on Feb 4th, at Academy of Creative Arts, Burlington, MA. This event will kick start a series of similar events around Mothers as well as Youth, focusing on specific topics around their health. The first half of the event is in an interactive format, with a panel and QA session, presided over by Senator Cindy Friedman. The second half of the event will showcase a Health Fair put together and presented by Wholistic Health Alliance Youth Brigade members. More details re the event available on our website or link below. https://www.facebook.com/events/159150628061550/?active_tab=about
