Project Description

For a second year, we are working with Lowell Transitional Living Center for our PB&J slam! On March 11, 2017, all the volunteers will gather at the Lexington Community Center from 2PM-4PM and make as many sandwiches as possible for homeless people who live at LTLC. The only requirements for volunteers in to bring two loaves of bread(preferably wheat), one jelly/jam, and one peanut butter(preferably not crunchy). Each person that brings all three will receive two hours, but bringing more doesn't mean you earn more hours and you have to stay and help make the sandwiches in order to collect the hours. Please don't come without bringing something, it's hard to have a PB&J slam with PB&J! Please contact me at (address redacted) with any questions, comments, or concerns.
